EPTM LTD — Delivery Policy

Digital Delivery All services provided by EPTM LTD are delivered entirely digitally. Upon successful completion of your project, all deliverables — including 2D/3D construction drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), load calculations, compliance reports, architectural renders, and walkthrough videos — are transmitted securely via email or a dedicated file-sharing link. No physical shipment is involved at any stage.

Delivery Timeframe Delivery timelines are project-specific and depend on the scope, complexity, and agreed requirements of each commission. An estimated delivery schedule will be confirmed in writing upon order placement. Our expert team will provide regular progress updates throughout the design process to keep you fully informed.

Global Service EPTM LTD proudly serves clients across the globe. Our fully digital delivery model ensures fast, reliable, and secure receipt of your project files — wherever you are in the world — with no delays associated with physical logistics.

File Formats All deliverables are provided in industry-standard formats, primarily PDF, and/or other formats mutually agreed upon in your project brief. Please note that raw source files in DWG, AutoCAD, Revit or BIM formats are not included in any deliverables.

Revisions Each service includes two (2) rounds of revisions per deliverable, as stated in the respective product description. Revision requests must be clearly communicated and submitted within the agreed project timeline. Requests submitted after project closure may be subject to additional charges.

Intellectual Property All design documents and deliverables produced by EPTM LTD remain the intellectual property of EPTM LTD until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for the stated project purpose.
